After the walls were crumbled and the gates broken, the armies flooded inside the city and then burned it to the ground.Ī small amount of survivors, however, did escape, lead away by the hero L'Orxian. During the Siege, the Fellwind unleashed his power and destroyed Redfall, wreathing death upon hundreds inside the city. He was slain in this battle and the city was from henceforth known as "Redfall", for it was here that Hogarth the Red had died by the sword.Īfter the Fellwind had been restored, the armies of Ulderic marched down from his City and laid siege to both Northwatch and Redfall. In fighting for this city against the Heradaineans, Hogarth met his first and final defeat. The city was named after the great hero, Hogarth the Red, who commanded a great Thane army and invaded Heradain long ago.

Travelers from the Northlands frequent the city's tavern's as well. It is inhabited by a diverse group of people, mainly of Heradain origin but also a few Thane descendants and even dwarves. Quite close to Thanemhein borders and the nearest city to the fortress of Northwatch. A city in the northern kingdom of Heradain.
